A beautiful Villa Petra is a dalmatian stone house with a large terrace, a pool and a spacious garden. It can accommodate up to ten persons. It consists of 2 stone houses connected by a large terrace. On the terrace there is a big pool, a fully equipped open summer kitchen with modern appliances and a fireplace that can be used as BBQ grill, a seating and dining area, and additional bathroom with a shower.
The first house has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a fireplace, a fully enquiped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and contemporary cooking appliances. The second house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a rustical living room with a well enquiped kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. In each of the living rooms, there is a sofa that can serve as an additional double bed for two people.
Pets are welcome for a fee. Private parking place is at your disposal.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- Payment and cancellation policy: A 20% deposit of the total booking amount is to be paid by bank transfer, as agreed in advance. If a guest cancels the reservation 60 days or more before arrival, they can request to reschedule their stay for another period, depending on availability. In all other cases of cancellation, as well as in the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
